Smoky Hill Education Service Center has a Title III Consortium to assist schools with their English Language Learners. Participating districts receive services that include professional development opportunities, technical assistance, and access to materials specifically for ESL teachers. Assistance in completing forms and selecting testing and instructional materials is also available.
Of greatest interest is our ELL Cadre that meets several times during the school year as well as monthly email updates about issues facing ESL teachers.
