SHESC to Host Legislative Lunch
25th Annual Event to be Held November 13
Launch the media gallery 1 playerSmoky Hill Education Service Center will host a meeting with area legislators on November 13, 2014 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the SHESC Central Office, 605 E. Crawford in Salina.
The meeting will be an informal question and answer session with an opportunity for short introductory remarks by the legislators about educational issues they believe will be of importance in the next legislative session.
SHESC is pleased to host this 25th Annual Legislative Lunch. We usually have approximately 60-70 district superintendents, principals, and school board members attend to hear the opinions of our legislators. SHESC encourages all Superintendents, Building Administrators, and BOE Members to attend. Please call if you have questions about the meeting.
Brookville Hotel will cater lunch. The cost of lunch for each person will be $20.00.
