Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration Information

• Exhibitor tables will be open from 7:00 am-5:00 pm on Tuesday, February 4th.
• Exhibitors may begin set-up on Monday, February 3rd, at 3:00 pm. 
• Materials must be removed by Wednesday, February 5th, at 1:00 pm.
• The hotel and conference staffs are not responsible for the safety of exhibits and materials left unattended. 

Several levels of Exhibitor participation are available, as follows:

Exhibitor with One Six-Foot Table - $325 fee.  Meals for two individuals provided during conference.  Exhibitor name and contact person information will be listed in the promotional materials.

Exhibitor with Two Six-Foot Tables - $650 fee.  Meals for two individuals provided during conference.  Exhibitor name and contact person information will be listed in the promotional materials.

Sponsor - $1,000 fee. Sponsor will receive two six-foot exhibit tables.  Meals for four individuals are provided.  Sponsor name and contact person information will be listed in the promotional materials. A promotional write-up, flier and/or link to exhibitor’s webpage will be provided on the conference app.  Additionally, advertisement for the Sponsor may run on a loop on the screens prior to any general sessions.  Please submit information for website and ad to conference staff at least two weeks prior to the event. 

Elite Sponsor - $3,000 fee.  Elite Sponsor will receive all of the Sponsor benefits plus: an opportunity to present a one-hour breakout session and a logo banner on the conference app. Elite Sponsor may choose to make an in-kind donation of comparable value to the fee (i.e. sponsor an evening reception, provide conference gift to all attendees, etc.) or make a larger donation for increased involvement in conference activities.  Details may be negotiated with conference staff.
