Changing Diversity Intolerance & Creating a Responsive Culture
Free Regional Workshops
In an ever increasing multi-cultural society people are often faced with those who are different than themselves. Bullying often hinges upon or uses diversity intolerance as a springboard, and hate crimes are motivated by prejudice. It is disturbing then to know that half of all hate crimes in the US are committed by youth ages 15-24. Adults play a vital role in providing healthy examples for youth and for building a school culture of understanding and respect for diversity.
