Crisis Managment-Prevention/Intervention Program

A crisis is a situation which is unexpected and uncontrollable. Many times, the way you handle a crisis can be more damaging to the situation then the crisis itself.
Contracting with the SHESC for crisis management prevention and intervention is about communicating before, during and after a crisis with students, staff, the news media and the community. It is also about ensuring the safety of students and staff, protecting the district's property, and restoring normal educational processes as quickly as possible.
