28th Annual Scramble for Schools Golf Tournament a Huge Success!

Smoky Hill Education Foundation’s 28th annual “Scramble for Schools” Golf Tournament was held Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at the Salina Municipal Golf Course.  Despite the threat of rain early on, the event was a fantastic success!

The annual fundraiser brought in thousands of dollars to help Smoky Hill Education Service Center provide education services to more than 50 school districts in Kansas. A tradition nearly as old as Smoky Hill ESC itself, the tournament at the Salina Municipal Golf Course has grown to be one of the largest in the area, with 28 teams participating in this year's event.  Hundreds of door prizes from generous area donors were given to the participants.
